You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information in your profile.
DevoteeMatrimony is a sacred space. You agree to treat all members with respect and dignity befitting the Vaishnava community. Harassment, inappropriate content, and dishonest behaviour will result in account suspension.
Free accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions (Seva Supporter, Grihastha Pilgrim, Family Seva) provide additional features. Subscription fees are treated as dakshina (offering) to support the platform's mission. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. By posting content, you grant DevoteeMatrimony a licence to display it to other members for the purpose of matchmaking.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@devoteematrimony.com.
DevoteeMatrimony facilitates introductions but does not guarantee compatibility or outcomes. We are not liable for interactions between members. Always exercise caution and judgement when meeting in person.
